On September 9, 2019, Royal (RCA) and Smaths Entrepreneurship Education & Development Pte Ltd (SEED Ventures™) signed bilateral cooperation to bring development benefits not only for the startup community in Vietnam but also in Singapore.
Royal will become the exclusive partner of SEED Ventures in Vietnam, sharing information to promote and work together based on each business’s strengths. SEED Ventures will seek to support Royal in future business activities in Singapore, and Royal will do the similarly for SEED Ventures in Vietnam.
The parties will exchange expertise, technology, and support each other in investing in startups, accounting, auditing, business consulting, etc. and joint training programs. Besides, the parties are also sharing personnel and sharing common resources in Vietnam and Singapore. Therefore, SEED Ventures can contribute to Royal conferences and seminars. In return, Royal may also participate in events organized by SEED Ventures that may be related to future activity in the region which will help both sides to increase visibility.
Royal office in Vietnam and SEED Ventures office in Singapore will be exchanged to use as the offices of each party in the host country.
The two sides pledged to cooperate deeply based on the potentials and strengths of each party in the fields of investing in startups, business consulting, accounting, and auditing.
