Royal Vietnam would like to update Circular 87/2024/TT-BTC, the Ministry of Finance officially abolishes regulations on corporate income tax incentives in the field of environmental protection:

• Circular 87/2024/TT-BTC abolishes all of Circular 212/2015/TT-BTC on guiding corporate income tax policies for environmental protection activities, stipulated in Decree 19/2015/ND-CP .
• Regulations on corporate income tax incentives such as wastewater and waste treatment, environmental improvement, environmental incident response, and environmentally friendly product production will no longer apply from February 10, 2025.
• Circular 87/2024/TT-BTC was issued on December 24, 2024 and will take effect from February 10, 2025.
